- Intend Human Resource Planning along with set up of yearly targets.
- Formulation, revision and dissemination of Human Resource Policies and Procedure (HRPP) as a part of Organizational Development.
- Update existing formats and prepare new formats as and when required basis.
- Organize National/International Travel for attending Workshops, Seminar, Meeting, Conference, Consultancy, Training, Higher Study (MBA, Masters, PhD, etc.), Transfer (BRAC International), New recruitment (BRAC International) etc as a part of Staff Development.
- Assist employees of own program as well as other programs to clearly understand HRPP through workshops and sharing forums.
- Resolve any query of the employees about HRPP and International Travel related issues.
