Staff Separation Management Unit execute five different types of tasks, which are: 

  1. Resignation
  2. Retirement and Voluntary Retirement
  3. Termination
  4. Final Payment
  5. Redundancy
  OBJECTIVES OF SSM
   
  MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF SSM
 
  • Receive resignation and Release Order.
  • Prepare and disburse Resignation Acceptance Letter.
  • Prepare Termination Letter to disburse.
  • Prepare the list of staffs to be retired after six months.
  • Receive prayer for staff’s voluntary retirement through Program/Division/Department.
  • Preparing final payment.
